As part of the DeveloPPP Richter Transport Program humanitarian activities in the Covid-19 epidemic prevention, 1500 protective medical masks were donated to the Senior Citizens Club of the Belgrade Vracar municipality. The effort was supported by the Vracar Municipality as well, with the aim of providing support to the senior citizens in their health protection during the Covid-19 pandemic, which has gravely affected work and life of the whole community, including the activities and role of the DeveloPPP Richter Transport Program.

The donation received officially by the president of the Transportation Vocational Schools Association Mr. Miroslav Macura, was aimed in supporting the students, faculty and staff of the vocational schools members of this association.

Activities of the DeveloPPP Richter Transport Program with its Richter Transport Training Center established in Belgrade, are featured in the Serbian transport industry specialized media.
At the end of last year, during the initial program phase and the establishment of the Belgrade based Richter Transport Training Center, the program was featured in Veliki Tockovi, a local specialized magazine for transportation and construction vehicles, in the following article.
During this year the Richter Transport Training Center activities were also featured several times kamioni.net, a local specialized online magazine for transportation and construction vehicles.
The DeveloPPP Richter Transport Program was featured in the printed edition of the Serbian Association of International Road Hauliers Pumed, the official associate of the project in Serbia.

The Richter Transport Training Center, after the first trainings based on the project guidelines created within the DeveloPPP program established by Sequa - a non-profit development organization from Germany and the German transport company Richter Transport, is working on reorganizing the planned training program in April until July. Due to the consequences of the outbreak of the Covid-19 disease and the permanent limis of organizing classic lectures, trainings and presentations in the presence of participants, standard forms of training will be temporarily replaced by online presentations and lectures, which are in the process of design and preparation. As these are specific lectures with professional topics and a significant emphasis on practical training, online presentations and lectures will be adapted to the theoretical part of the curriculum.
In anticipation of the soon normalization of conditions related to the Covid-19 disease epidemic, in this way the activity of the Training Center Richter Transport on activities of organizing trainings and presentations will be ensured in the coming period. The previous trainings were held according to a specially created curriculum, within which the topics - Swap system / Interchangeable transport system were taught at the courses intended for truck drivers. The first pilot trainings were held at the Centar za Obuku - Richter Transport Training Center based on the guidelines of the project created within the DeveloPPP program established by the German Ministry of Development and Economic Cooperation - BMZ and Sequa - a non-profit development organization from Germany. Pilot trainings were held according to a specially created curriculum within which the following courses will be taught on courses intended for truck drivers - Swap system / Interchangeable transport system, with the following topics:
During the months of February and March, a regular training schedule will be established according to the Swap System / Interchangeable Transport System curriculum, which will last until July in the first schedule. The trainings are planned to take place in the premises of the Centar za Obuku - Training Center Richter Transport in Baric, as well as at interested road transport companies for internal group training of their employees, drivers and instructors. The training center was established at the end of last year and is intended primarily for the training of truck drivers, but also participants from other related sectors. The center contains rooms for teaching, presentations and events in the field of road transport of goods and an outdoor space for practical training in the vehicle. In Baric, near Belgrade, the Centar za Obuku - Richter Transport Training Center was established, intended primarily for the training of truck drivers, but also participants from other related sevtors. One of the main areas of training within the Training Center will be training in the field of interchangeable truck transport system technology / Swap system. The center contains rooms for classes, presentations and events in the field of road transport of goods and an outdoor space for practical classes in the vehicle. For the Richter Transport Training Center needs of teaching, a specially designed curriculum has been created within which the topics intended for truck drivers will be taught on the topic of new technology in Serbia - Swap system / Interchangeable transport system, with the following topics:
The establishment of this training center, which vision is to become a central training center for interchangeable truck transport technology in the country and the region, is based on one of the goals of this DeveloPPP project, to improve the capacity of professional teaching in road transport in Serbia. with the cooperation of lecturers in this field from Serbia and Germany and the exchange of practical experiences.
A special aspect of the project is the increase of capacity and knowledge in the sector of transport of goods in Serbia through the improvement and additional development of vocational training.

On Friday, December 13, 2019 the XIX Annual Assembly of the Serbian Association of International Road Hauliers – MT and the 16th TRUCK BUSINESS FAIR event traditionally took place in Belgrade. A large number of participants from Serbia and the region, their commercial partners, colleagues from regional countries, along with public sector representatives, gathered at one place to discuss the latest industry trends. Representing the Richter Transport DeveloPPP project, our team took active participation at this traditional event, which proved to be relevant for a promotion of this type of a project that aims to improve the capacity of professional teaching in the transport of goods by road in Serbia, with the cooperation of lecturers in this field from Serbia and Germany and the exchange of practical experiences.

A study tour to the Richter Transport and Academy in Wesel, Germany took place in the first week of December. An introduction to the technical and business capacties of Richter Transport with exchange of experiences in professional drivers education and training. A special part of the study visit to Richter Transport was the introduction of the Swap transport system technology. A meeting with the local transport companies association VVWL was held discussing the DeveloPPP project, combined with visits to the member transport community. A special part of the study was visiting the Schlisske Driving Academy involved in development of trainings for professional truck drivers and swap system vehicles. At the Schlisske Driving Academy a workshop was held with the aim of development of a relevant curriculum in Serbia, as one of the targets of this DeveloPPP project.

a presentation and discussion panel took place, aiming to officially present the DeveloPPP
project created to establish a training center for the transport of goods by road in Serbia.
The project holder is the German transport company Richter Transport with its training
center in the city of Wesel in the state of North Rhine-Westphalia.
Richter Transport with his German project consortium within the project establishes a
training center for transport of goods in road transport, with the introduction of solutions
to German standards of systemic transport and increasing capacity and knowledge in the
transport of goods in Serbia through improving and further developing vocational
training.
The aim of this project is to improve the capacity of professional teaching in the transport
of goods by road in Serbia, with the cooperation of lecturers in this field from Serbia and
Germany alike and the exchange of practical experiences.
The project lasts for one year and envisages the creation of a new training center in
Belgrade, elaboration of its curriculum, holding workshops in the field of system transport
and the impact of night driving, organization of study trips, establishment of pilot
training and impact on professional teaching in terms of improving quality through positive
examples.
